This treatment consists on a personalized series of nearly invisible, custom-made aligners made from a medical grade plastic material. Each aligner fits snugly over your teeth and on the resin composite attachements being glued on the surface of your teeth throughout the entire course of treatment ( please note they will be removed at the end of the treatment).
Each set of aligners used controlled forces to gently and safely move your teeth into place over time. Consequently, it has to be worn adequate amount of time, being estimated at 22 hours a day for 7 days. Then you’ll switch to the next new set of aligners every week if your wear the adequate time.
The aligner is removable. You can take it off with great ease for special occasions, eating, drinking anything that it’s not water ( i.e drinks that potentially can stain your aligners: coffee, tea, sodas) and brushing-flossing your teeth.
Treatment by aligners is a very discreet and comfortable choice to straighten your teeth without the use of traditional brackets and wires. It corrects most common orthodontic issues, and even complex ones :
